Paul’s expertise is in being able to bring to the business the skills required to lead the business through significant change particularly complementing his “people” skills with a practical commercial focus. He is highly regarded for having the expertise and qualification to be able to operate firstly as a business director and secondly as an HR specialist. He adopts the approach of advising business managers on what they “can do” as opposed to what they “can’t”.


Photo of Rupurt BriceFollowing a successful career in corporate life, Rupert established his own business and became a limited company HR interim in 2006. He rapidly consolidated his experience across a wide variety of different sectors including:

  • investment banking

  • defence

  • security and F.M.

  • manufacturing

  • energy

While he is very much a generalist, operating at both strategic and operational levels, his specialist expertise covers:

He has played a major role in a number of high profile mergers and acquisitions UK wide including Group4 and Securicor, the acquisition of ABN Amro’s Futures business by UBS in 2006, and BA Connect and Flybe in 2007. Most recently he was instrumental in a winning £700m bid by Boeing Defence UK to the MoD.

Rupert holds a BA Degree in Industrial Relations and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development. He is a licensed partner of SHL and a member of the Association of Professional Interims.


pics_11Following a successful Senior global HR career with GSK Pharmaceuticals covering FMCG, Corporate HR Shared Services, M&A, and finally HR Strategy, Noelle has operated as a contractor and an interim for a variety of sectors in a variety of HR senior roles, helping them transition and drive through business transformation and behavioural change aligned projects. Noelle has worked for leading organisations including BT, Computacenter, Local Government, Alghanim Industries in Middle East, Swissport Gatwick and Stansted, amongst others.

Using her coaching style, Noelle will work closely with the client to identify and then solve the people issues that have been blindsiding and holding your business back. She will help you build and execute a people plan aligned to your business needs. Noelle works best in situations where ambiguity is an issue within busy and demanding workplaces; focused and resourceful, innovative and calm, she will hit the ground running, juggle a lot of factors to provide insight and expertise to resolve the situation. Noelle also possesses a variety of operational HR skills in process design, resourcing, search and project management.
